The TV series version of Chinese Paladin 3 is quite cheesy, but I still recommend everyone to watch it!

After two days and nights of binge-watching, I finally finished watching Chinese Paladin 3! The entire series takes place fifty years before the events of Chinese Paladin 1, telling the story of Jing Tian, the reincarnation of Marshal Tianpeng, who slays demons and monsters. "Love" and "reincarnation" are the eternal themes. I still have many thoughts after watching it. But there were also quite a few ridiculous parts!

I've been playing the Legend of Sword and Fairy series since I was six, so you could say it accompanied me through my childhood. However, aside from the DOS and 1998 Soft Love versions, I haven't played many other versions. Firstly, I was busy with school, and secondly, I was afraid that other versions would tarnish the image I had of it. Haha, I remember playing Legend of Sword and Fairy every Spring Festival night when I was a kid. I remember during my winter vacation in my third year of junior high, I stayed up all night watching Legend of Sword and Fairy 1. I remember how I tortured my 6120 (daydreaming...) just to play the mobile version of Legend of Sword and Fairy.

Getting back to the main point, every episode of the TV series "Chinese Paladin 3" revolves around "love," but in different ways. This is what surpasses "Chinese Paladin 1" (the TV series) in that it thoroughly showcases love in the world, developing countless subplots with Tianpeng as the main character. [separator] And there's one thing I really agree with about this series: everyone has both positive and negative sides, including the various Taoist priests, Zixuan, Longkui, etc., breaking down many boundaries of "absolutely good people."

However, besides these merits, this show also has many ridiculous aspects! They are so ridiculously absurd that they must be mentioned.

First, let's talk about Mount Shu. In the TV series, Mount Shu is practically the CIA! They have cell phones, video chat, teleportation devices, and large-screen LCD TVs! It's far ahead of modern technology! Furthermore, Mount Shu even has a complete birth register of everyone in the human world… and disciples can use a stick to find the information they need from thousands of books! It's even more advanced than a computer! (A computer still needs to input the data into a hard drive). No wonder Changqing said, "Mount Shu is to the human world what the celestial realm is to the six realms!"

Let's talk about Chonglou. This Chonglou doesn't seem like a Demon Lord at all; he's more like a lonely "idiot" who actually falls in love with Zixuan! Amen! This is supposed to be a Demon Lord! What's more, this Demon Lord actually likes listening to MP3s... (Forgot to mention, the seashells inside are MP3 players; they can play music and leave messages).

The most outrageous part is this: Li Xiaoyao appears!!! In episode 36, the mysterious man, carrying Jing Tian's jade pendant, simply leaves, then suddenly turns around and says, "I am Li Xiaoyao..." This story takes place 50 years before Li Xiaoyao was born! His father probably wasn't even born yet, so where did he come from? And considering Jing Tian was his father's master, and Chang Qing was his wife's grandmother, he shows absolutely no respect for his elders... Helping someone doesn't require showing off, does it? And Ling'er isn't even there.

There are many other ridiculous things, like Jing Tian creating stocks and predicting the future... It's all for the plot... Hehe, just consider them as entertainment. The TV series *Chinese Paladin 3* is still quite good; it can cleanse your soul. I recommend everyone watch it!
