2018.4.5，HelloGWU完成对华盛顿邻里（inDC）的并购，合并后“华盛顿邻里”将依旧作为资讯类独立品牌运作，并和HelloGWU合并推出全新手机客户端“他乡”。
What Happened
- 华盛顿邻里并入HelloGWU体系，作为其资讯类门户存在
- 华盛顿邻里的手机客户端将和HelloGWU客户端合并，并改名为“他乡”
- 华盛顿邻里和HelloGWU将正式联通，成为一个体系
- 华盛顿邻里首页域名改为indc.hellogwu.com，原域名将保留使用一年
