Last night I dreamt of a "preliminary selection" interview all night long. When I woke up this morning, I felt something was wrong: I felt weak all over, had a terrible headache, and my throat hurt so much that I could hardly breathe.
I know I've caught a cold again. Ever since starting university, my health has been declining. My five-year streak of not getting sick is over; colds and fevers are now frequent visitors. This is largely due to my irregular lifestyle, and another reason is that I don't play soccer much in university anymore. My health is seriously compromised, and reforms are urgently needed to change this situation!

It was pouring rain in Hangzhou today, and I wasn't feeling well, so I didn't make any plans. However, I did make a decision: from now on, I'll sleep before 11 a.m. and get up before 7 a.m. to increase my morning study time.
