How to better disseminate rental and secondhand information using the Taxiang APP

HelloGWU's mobile app, "Taxiang," has been online for a while, but it seems that people aren't making good use of it to help them find rentals and buy secondhand items. So, I've written a guide to share some useful features.

Website publishing and mobile client synchronization

First and foremost, it's important to understand that your content posted on both HelloGwu and the Taxiang app will be synchronized and displayed on both platforms. Therefore, if you're not too lazy, you can first post a listing for rent/seeking rentals or secondhand goods. After posting, not only will it be viewed by users with relevant needs, but you can also share it to WeChat groups and other places at any time (to avoid it being deleted). You can use the Taxiang app's WeChat sharing function or generate an image with one click and save it for sharing.

Additionally, please make good use of the platform's categorization function; preparing your posts within the correct categories can greatly increase your success rate. Your posts will also be more easily indexed by search engines.

Generate and share images with one click

Many people are used to creating a PDF or image using Notepad or an editor to share it in WeChat groups. The "He Xiang" app also has the same function:

• Open the post from which you want to generate an image.
• Click the "..." in the upper right corner.
• Select "Content Image" to automatically generate an image with one click.
• After saving, you can share it anywhere you want.

You can also edit your post content at any time and regenerate the images, which is very convenient.

Share to Moments and WeChat groups

This is now a basic feature, but I've noticed many people don't use it much, so I'm mentioning it here. If your post gets buried in a WeChat group, or if you see a friend who needs it, you can immediately share your post to the group or your Moments. Here's how:

• Open the post you want to share
• Click the "..." in the upper right corner.
• Choose to share to Moments or WeChat friends.

Share to Washington Circle and Other Places Groups

We created a Washington Circle while we were away from home, aiming to facilitate better communication among people. To improve the user experience, we limited the posting of classified ads in the Washington Circle (we hope that everyone can find all the information in the designated sections, rather than scattered in various places, and we also want to position the Washington Circle as a platform for sharing life experiences).

However, you can still share your posts to Washington Circle, similar to sharing a link to WeChat Moments. Here's how in the Otherworld app:

• Open the post you want to share
• Click the "..." in the upper right corner.
• Choose to publish a link and fill in a brief message.
