ShowerThoughts02 – Professional Agent

I've been thinking about a question lately: headhunting these days is mostly driven by companies—companies pay headhunters or offer them cashback to find talent. But as people become more self-aware, one need inevitably arises: a disconnect between one's ideal job and one's understanding of the market.

For example, I want to find a type A job in a type B company, with requirements C. Such positions certainly exist in the market, but as an individual, finding one can be difficult. In this case, if I had a "career agent," I could pay them to help me find the job, and they would even provide recommendations, basic positioning, and training.

I think this type of brokerage model will emerge in the future.
