原来IT公司也一样，我所在的传统行业更是如此，而且这些擅长表达的人，大部分更容易走入管理层。这可能就是所说的大公司病吧。不过目前面临行业洗牌，一般被裁掉的都是管理层，因为事情总要有人去做，什么公司都需要做事情的人。
