North American job search (resume editing) consulting services

This year, I've received numerous requests from friends to review resumes, and I've noticed that many resumes, especially those from recent graduates, have some issues. Many people fail to even get an interview because of this, and their applications simply disappear without a trace. I've previously shared some experiences, which you can read about here:2020 Job Search Summary2019 Job-Hopping Experience Sharing – National EditionA Brief Discussion of Job Hunting Experiences in the Greater Washington D.C. Area - Part 2: Four Years Later

Personally, I believe this service, which can help people while also allowing them to make friends, aligns perfectly with my values. Here's a brief overview of their record:

Due to the pandemic, I've had a lot of interviews in the past two years. I received offers from Facebook, Amazon, and Google within the FAANG companies, but Apple ignored me, and I forgot to apply to Netflix (I'll try again later; I don't know if I'll get a trophy for the grand slam). Details are as follows:

In 2020, I talked to 39 companies, and 26 of them were suitable enough to enter the interview process. During that time, 8 companies froze hiring, and 12 out of 18 companies gave me onsite interviews. In the end, I received 8 offers, and 2 of them promoted me (one from senior to lead, and the other from lead to staff).

In 2019, I interviewed with 20 companies, had 11 onsite interviews, and received 4 job offers.
