This was originally a theme for Typecho, and I'd seen many people using it. I also really liked it, so I ported it this weekend when I had some free time. I hope you like it.
The port is rather rough and there's still a lot of room for improvement. Since I also use it on my own blog, I'll probably update it periodically. It will be released on my blog and Git:
