2. Studying abroad stage: From going abroad to getting a work visa, this period can be said to be moving forward in the fog of war. Although the whole stage is blind, due to the existence of the target tower, the journey is relatively smooth, but many problems are slowly exposed. These problems have not been solved under the target strategy. Judging from the results, the stage goal can be regarded as completed.
3. Integration into society stage: This stage starts from the time when you get the salary visa to the present and may be long after. It is obvious that there is a problem at this stage. The problems exposed before have not been solved. Three goals have emerged: should you stay in the United States and get a green card, start a business, or work in a dream company?

This trick is indeed very effective. After letting go, you can see your position more clearly and organize your thoughts well. At this stage of my life, I have been completely involved in society. It is not that I can do or take whatever I want or want. This restriction is not due to status, property or other constraints, but is restricted by society. I have no choice but to adapt to it, unless I can break away from society and become a worldly expert.

At this point, you can probably guess my decision. I've been looking around the Bay Area these days and found that this is indeed where I should stay. Countless friends have asked me before why I don’t go to the Bay Area, and my answer is always vague. In fact, I don’t know why I have such a strong resistance to an unknown thing. Leaving Washington actually means renting out your house, finding a moving company to transport your things to the West, and losing some local connections and familiar environment. Especially the latter, it's not a big deal, there will be new connections and friends in the new environment.

There are many benefits to choosing a dream company. First, it can make your dreams come true. Second, you can learn a lot. Third, it can make your resume more convincing. Fourth, it can help you get out of the current cycle of death. Fifth, it can also promote your own business plan.

What's the difficulty? In fact, the difficulties are not small. Although I have faced big companies such as Google and Amazon, I still need to prepare well. However, striving with a goal is not a difficult task for an athlete who always pursues the first place. On the contrary, it is a passionate thing. Another obstacle is the US policy, whether to give up the green card and go directly, or wait for the second stage of the green card. I only have three years left on my work visa. It takes a long time to apply for a green card in a big company, and I can’t afford to wait...

This matter is not without some room. According to experience, you can only make a simple plan for this kind of thing. When you move forward with all your strength, it will gradually become clear. It is not too late to make plans at that time, and even if you are not in the United States, there are many ways. Why should you trap yourself?

2017 will be a turning year. If the student stage is regarded as one wave, and the decline that began due to policy constraints in the past two years is regarded as the second wave, then the successful transition in 2017 will start the longest third wave. I am full of confidence in this.
