1. Playing against the wind requires wisdom, but playing with the wind requires even more skill. Sometimes, playing with the wind is much harder than playing against it.
2. People are always tired, whether in good times or bad. If you want to gain more, you need to put in more effort.
3. Often we lose because of our own confusion. Favorable circumstances can make people overconfident and unable to see reality, while adversity can make people feel inferior and confused, thus causing them to hesitate and not move forward.
4. In reality, reality is often exaggerated; what we perceive is often better or worse than it actually is. When you quiet down and listen to your own heartbeat, you'll find that the truth is quite simple.
5. One should not be overly optimistic, nor overly pessimistic.
6. We can dream about the future, but we can only make general plans. When goals are too clear, we lose our emotional connection. Short-term goals are far more important than long-term ones.

7. Everything that happens around us is unique. Therefore, cherish it, because we neither have the ability nor the time to relive it. Only God can arrange "next time."
8. Passivity is always better than initiative, but you must be proactive when making choices; you must be proactive when adversity is not insurmountable.

10. The effects of childhood experiences on adulthood are magnified infinitely. One must be cautious in dealing with one's children, otherwise it may ruin their life.
11. Everyone should participate in competitive sports, as it can unleash one's strongest instincts. Competition makes people more courageous, fearless in the face of difficulties, and determined to reach new heights.
12. People are fickle, but character is not.
13. When we pursue simple happiness, it's because we ourselves are too complicated.
14. You must stay away from things that cause pain, because once pain begins, it no longer belongs to you.
15. Everyone has an extraordinary story behind them. No one talks about it, but that doesn't mean they don't have one.
16. Everyone has vulnerabilities deep down; it's just a matter of whether they're willing to open up to you.
When you calm yourself down, you'll find that many things around you are covered in dust. While we're chasing our dreams and pursuing ourselves, shouldn't we stop and look back at the path we've traveled? On this path, we can find what we're looking for.
