Take a short break

I've been incredibly busy ever since I returned from Xitang during the National Day holiday. Actually, it's not so much that I'm constantly busy, just dealing with a lot of trivial tasks. The sheer number and variety of things have made it quite unpleasant.

It took me a whole day to pay for a netbook on installment. First, I had to choose a model, then I couldn't find a suitable credit card, and finally a classmate lent a helping hand, allowing me to achieve my goal. I should be able to get my laptop tomorrow, and I'm quite looking forward to it.

On the 10th, Dongyue was recruiting new employees. I just went to observe. Time flies! Two years ago, I was interviewed; a year ago, I was interviewing others; and now I'm watching juniors interview their juniors. Haha, it's great to watch others interview. I don't have to think about all sorts of questions to assess others, or rack my brains to figure out who's the best fit. I can just casually look around and ask a few questions—no pressure at all.

I was just writing my work summary for last semester. I feel like there's a lot to write about, since it was the first student union of the first college, but I don't know where to start. It might be related to my restless state these past few days. I'll take a good rest and write it tomorrow.

I heard there's a student representative meeting at the end of the month, and I'm quite looking forward to it. With the student representative meeting, student organizations will gradually get back on track. However, the headache is that I still need to prepare a speech. I'll take it slow; I'm not in the mood to write one right now anyway.

After finishing this busy period, I need to take a short break, adjust my mindset, and prepare for my GRE.
