Daily Point Website Log 5 - Exploring Profit Models

网站建设工作的第一期已经告一段落,这一期我们完善了首页和家园系统,引进了社团,基本定下了各个人员的工作,各个人员的工作也已上手。但这分工还只是大体上的分工,没有做到细分。

Another important thing we must start considering now is how to make the website profitable. In my opinion, it's basically impossible for a website to profit solely from a bookstore now, and it's unlikely to be able to rely on it completely in the future. We need to find more profit points and use funds to drive traffic. For example, in our current food delivery chain, we don't need all the delivery stores to join us; just a few. First, if we include too many, the resources will be too numerous, and the service shared by each store will be too limited. Second, individual franchisees can increase our revenue. This revenue can be distributed to website editors, for example, at 2 yuan per article for those who publish more than 10 articles per month, or we can recruit editors from the public, at 5 yuan per article accepted. This will both increase the website's update speed and increase its visibility.

As our influence grows, we can expand outwards, gradually developing into the entire city of Hangzhou. Specialization is key; as long as we excel and specialize, we will have an advantage.

Similarly, besides this, we can also rely on the online store, whose advantages will become apparent in the mid-term. The online store offers many avenues for revenue collection: it can charge store fees, transaction fees, franchise fees, and so on.

另外网站广告也是一大收入点,不过这些的基础都是人气,也就是说我们必须先把首页和家园做好,积攒了一定了人气后,就可水到渠成。
