The website's basic infrastructure is complete, meaning we now possess the powerful weapon to defeat our competitors. However, the most crucial question now is how to effectively utilize this weapon. With this weapon in hand, the heroes are poised to act; now is the time to unleash our ambitions and realize our ideals!
Right now, we need to focus on two aspects. First, internal development, including detailed individual task breakdown and team building. While this may seem simple, it's the most crucial in my opinion. I suspect there are people in our team who don't know what we're doing, and some who are mechanically completing "tasks." What we need now is to proactively move forward and actively expand our territory. Our team should have a high degree of freedom; we shouldn't have the rigid rules and regulations of a company. Now is not the time for that. Free exploration is essential. The resources belong to everyone; any constructive idea is part of our exploration. Only after repeated brainstorming sessions, after we've found our path, and after the team is cohesive, will we need to establish "rules."
Perhaps everyone is filled with passion for entrepreneurship, but this passion needs to be sustained, and that sustaining requires the support of a team, which in turn requires the efforts of all team members. Before success, we must traverse a bumpy road, and this is the starting point. If we persevere, we will survive. Before setting off, we must clearly see the road ahead and the obstacles before us, so that we don't stumble and fall when we encounter them. Currently, the internal division of labor is still not very clear, which is a serious problem. We need to quickly refine everyone's tasks and get everyone in their positions ready to set sail.
The second important thing is external communication, which means promotion and user acquisition—in more professional terms, marketing. Although we're just university students, we should trust that we have the brains for this. Simply put, we just need to find ways to let our users know about our product, and then rely on our soft power to retain them. Once we have a first group of people "regularly" on the platform, the snowball effect will appear—that's the power of networking. At this stage, we first need to develop a development plan and timeline, mobilize everyone in the team, and complete the established plan. Secondly, we need to solve the funding problem. We can apply to the boss, make full use of our personal networks, or, if all else fails, invest ourselves.
