[Announcement] The 2018 airport pickup platform created by GWU senior students is now online!

Back to school season, we'll be waiting for you at the airport!

Have you heard about DC's enchanting cherry blossoms in March? Are you already excitedly booking your flight and packing your bags, ready to embark on a new semester and new life in the US? (￣∇￣)

But wait, the airport seems a bit far from the apartment… Uber is too expensive and I haven't linked my credit card to it. I can't possibly take the subway with two or three suitcases, and I don't have a car and don't even know the apartment's exact address. If only someone could pick me up from the airport… What should I do? (⊙_⊙)

Don't panic! There are senior students here willing to lend a hand. Simply log in to Flight Airport Pickup, fill out a pickup request, and you'll receive a safe and reliable airport pickup service. Not only will it solve your confusion and helplessness in the airport wind, but you can also learn from senior students familiar with the local area! o(^▽^)o

As a senior student at DC Tong, would you also like to get to know the freshmen and make some new friends? The Flight airport pickup charity platform needs your participation!

Instructions for New Students: After entering the system, please log in or register and fill in your personal information (such as contact information, gender, etc. Providing more detailed information will increase the success rate of matching). To request airport pickup, you need to fill in detailed pickup information (such as arrival time, destination, etc.). After the application is completed, the system will match you. Once matched successfully, the system will send you the pickup person's contact information, such as WeChat or email address. Please check and contact the pickup person yourself. For Pickup Persons: Registration only supports .edu email addresses. After logging into the system, you can view all pickup requests and the corresponding new student information for each request. After activating your email (verifying your student status), you can choose to provide assistance. After clicking "Provide Assistance," the system will send your contact information to the new student, who will then contact you directly.

Important Notes: 1. The system restricts pick-up personnel to registering and activating their accounts only with an .edu email address to ensure their student (harmless) identity. 2. After successful matching, the system will send the pick-up personnel's contact information to the new student. The new student must contact them directly.
