I've recently become quite engrossed in studying Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Strategy Edition. After several seasons, I've found myself tired of war and conquering cities, and instead have developed a strong interest in skill combinations.
To make things easier for myself, I've compiled a list of all S-rank and A-rank skills. I'm sharing it with everyone; it's currently updated to S4, and I'll continue to update it as I have time. Access is set to allow comments from everyone, so please feel free to comment and correct any errors.

Usage Notes:
- On the right is a filter that allows you to filter statuses (statuses that skills will apply to the opponent), prerequisite statuses (statuses that should ideally already exist before the skill), and support (the auxiliary functions of the skill).
- The damage rate column shows the skill damage rate, which objectively reflects the output.
- "Other" and "Remarks" mainly contain attributes and descriptions other than damage.

I really love this guide! I've been figuring out the best battle tactics myself, and it's saved me a lot of time. Thank you so much! As a player who just entered Season 5, I've definitely lost some of my enthusiasm for conquering territories; battle tactic combinations have become my new passion. I wonder if you're still playing? If you are, please keep up the good work! Haha.
@Chen Jingting:Thanks! I'm playing it, I'll update it when I have time. The skill combinations are indeed quite fun. After Season 5, the team compositions are pretty much fixed, but the skills allow for a lot of variety, and the team compositions are much more balanced now.
