Fear stems from ignorance

When you understand something, you won't feel fear towards it; this applies to everything.

Everyone thinks the 2+2 advanced mathematics is very difficult because it's rumored to be as difficult as the postgraduate entrance exam, which stems from ignorance. The ignorance isn't about not knowing about the postgraduate entrance exam, but rather about not analyzing it for yourself. When you take the postgraduate entrance exam, the math you'll have studied will essentially be the same as what you learned in your first and second years of university, just with a longer preparation time. If you looked at the content of advanced mathematics and analyzed its structure, perhaps you wouldn't be so afraid.

Fear cannot stop you from moving forward. When you are afraid, seek a scientific explanation for what you are afraid of.
